Could Broccoli powder hold a key in the fight against Osteoarthritis?

The good news about Broccoli powder keeps getting better!! Researchers at the University of East Anglia in the UK led by Professor Ian Clark, believe that the Sulforaphane compound found in Broccoli has the ability to block an enzyme that causes inflammation of the joints and which leads to a breakdown of the cartilage often associated with Osteoarthritis.
