How to return a FoodPlus item

Your FoodPlus item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a product defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  1. Please email info@foodplus.co.nz with the details and to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

    14 McLeans Island Road, Harewood
    Christchurch 8051
  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original email receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your FoodPlus item is unopened and in like new condition, you may exchange your item for an alternative item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay for return shipping.

Defective Product

It is our policy that should any purchase from Food Plus prove to be defective we will replace or refund the purchase price at no cost to the customer. In such circumstances please e-mail us in the first instance at info@foodplus.co.nz explaining your concern and we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.
